Mining Projects Accelerator Pty Ltd (MPX) is pleased to announce a partnership with Perth based Corporate Advisory firm DiscoveryCapital Partners Pty Ltd (DCP). DCP have worked closely with MPX on the formation of our corporate structure and “project accelerator” model and will support our capital raising process when we go to market in the near future.
Discovery is an emerging strategic corporate advisor with a proven track record of identifying emerging companies with high potential assets and collaboratively working with management to unlock significant value for all shareholders. Discovery’s advice is underpinned by a deep understanding of their client’s businesses and the markets they support, backed by the team’s extensive industry experience in tier 1 global organisations, law, funds management, consulting and investment banking.
Mr Adam Miethke, Joint Managing Director of DCP commented: “Discovery have held the view that a number of potential projects in the Australian market could have their exploration and value accelerated prior to IPO under the right model. I have known MPX Managing Director Grant Wechsel for 20 years and after discussing their approach we decided to partner with the MPX team in bringing the “project accelerator” to life. We are continually reviewing high potential projects that could move forward under the MPX model and will work closely with the MPX board on an ongoing basis in this area while also providing corporate advisory services and transaction advice.
MPX Managing Director, Mr Grant Wechsel, added “The Discovery team and I have worked together on a number of projects this year and we are excited to have them as a partner to MPX.
