Rock Chip Sampling Returns 51.7g/t at Big Hill Project

MPX are pleased to release some stellar results from recent rock chip sampling at our Big Hill project in Queensland.

The historical miners in the area back in the late 1800’s certainly knew how to pick prospective ares with mining grades reported up to 4,000g/t and the area abandoned when grades dropped below an ounce per tonne. Sampling of their old muck piles has returned gold grades of 2-4 g/t with one sample reaching 14.9g/t. Channel sampling of the old open pit also returned 0.8m at an average grade of 27g/t with peak value in one section running at 51.7g/t.

Further soil sampling has been undertaken with planned drilling programs on the near term horizon.
