Mining Projects Accelerator (MPX), along with our project partners, are pleased to announce we have entered into a sale agreement with E79 Resources Corp (CSE: ESNR), whereby ESNR will acquire a 100% interest in E79 Resources Pty Ltd as per the attached linked news release.
MPX and our partners established E79 Resources Pty Ltd to progress the Beaufort and Myrtleford projects. The Beaufort and Myrtleford projects are located in the prolific and underexplored Victorian gold fields.
As part of the transaction, MPX co-founders Grant Wechsel and Simon Cohn will take on roles with ESNR. Mr Wechsel will join the board of ESNR while Mr Cohn will be retained as an advisor. Both will continue in their roles as executive directors of MPX. MPX, through its remaining subsidiary companies, holds a number of exploration interests in Australia. These include large tenements in the Tanami in the Northern Territory and strategically placed assets throughout Queensland. Exploration activities are currently underway, with further capital raising and commercialisation events upcoming.
